With over 20 years of experience in labor services and workforce coordination, Rafael founded All American Labor to close the gap between contractors and reliable labor. His focus has always been simple: provide hardworking crews, communicate clearly, and stand behind the work. He remains actively involved in operations, client relationships, and jobsite execution to ensure every project reflects the company's values.
